Back to agenda
I haven't written a line of code in 6 months. In that time, I've shipped more than in the previous 3 years combined. Human driven, AI implemented. This talk shares how a few tips took Claude from good to unbelievably great.
Most people using Claude are leaving value on the table. This is a curated set of practical tips: things that are easy to overlook, under-use, or haven't had the spotlight they deserve. Each tip is drawn from real production use, not theory.
The draft list:
1. Context management and visibility
2. Sub-agent and agent team workflows
3. Setting up projects for success (progressive disclosure, constitution files)
4. Rewinding history and resetting
5. Intentional compaction
6. The research-plan-implement pattern
7. Desktop and mobile handoff
8. Telemetry visibility and token/usage window management
9. Skills as reusable workflow building blocks
10. Meta prompting frameworks
The list may evolve before the conference as the space moves quickly. It may also reduce slightly to give more time per item and go deeper rather than wider. But the core idea stays the same: specific, practical ways to get dramatically more value from every conversation.
All levels could benefit, but is geared more towards the Intermediate + Advanced Levels.
