Sujit Woozageer

Sujit Woozageer, born in 1968, is a seasoned Business Transformation leader with over 35 years of experience in senior management roles across multiple industries, including Textiles, Medical Insurance Administration, Insurance Broking, BPO, Healthcare and Insurance. His career has focused on driving organisational transformation through Digitalisation, Process Reengineering, Operational Efficiency, Data Analytics and Innovation.

Sujit began his career in the early 1990s in the textile sector as Head of IT before progressing into broader managerial roles. He later joined Momentum Ltd. as Operations Manager, and subsequently Medscheme Ltd., where he rose to General Manager. He was later appointed Managing Director of Medscheme (Mtius) Ltd., Medscheme International Ltd., and Afrocentric International Ltd., based in South Africa—a role he held for six years.

He then served as Chief Officer: Shared Services & Innovation at C-Care Ltd. before joining SWAN in
February 2021 as a Digital Transformation Consultant. In March 2022, he was appointed Senior Manager – Business Transformation & Solutions, where he continues to lead key initiatives aligned to the Group’s transformation agenda.
