Naveesh Doolhur

Naveesh is the Head of AI & Data Analytics at Mauritius Telecom, where he drives the company's AI strategy, big data platform, and digital transformation agenda. He leads and architects enterprise-scale initiatives — from building robust data platforms and governance programs, to launching mobile and web applications serving both internal teams and government clients. Naveesh heads the design and architecture of AI agents, models, RAG systems, and end-to-end AI ecosystems at MT, while training and building high-performing AI teams capable of powering the next generation of the enterprise digital workforce.
